UK Delivery

Pieces available for immediate delivery will be posted within 2 working days if orders are placed before 1pm.

For our UK customers, we use Royal Mail as our trusted delivery partner. Items will be posted within the UK by Royal Mail Special Delivery. International rates are shown at checkout. These are insured and will be delivered to mainland UK the next working day.  delivery typically takes 2–4 working days from dispatch. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way, so you can follow its journey to your door.

International Delivery
For international orders, we work with DPD to offer reliable and speedy delivery worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination, but you can expect your parcel within 7-14 days depending on the location. If you are in a country that isn't specified, we are happy to work with you to arrange shipping on request. 

Please remember that Duty may be payable in some locations so be aware that international orders may be subject to customs inspections and fees based upon your country’s regulations. Geronimo Jones cannot be responsible for these charges, and if a parcel is refused, the purchaser will need to cover any return costs. 

Returns Policy
We hope you’ll love your Geronimo Jones order, but if you need to make a return, we’ve kept it straightforward. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and within 28 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund. For hygiene reasons we are not able to accept the return of earrings. 
Personalised or bespoke items, gift cards, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

Return Costs and Refunds
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount (except in the case of faulty or incorrect items). 

Please be aware that original delivery charges, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days of us receiving your return.

For items valued over £75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

International Returns
International customers should use our returns portal and select the correct courier service. Please clearly mark any returns as ‘returned goods’ to help avoid additional customs fees. Any customs duties or taxes incurred during the return process are the responsibility of the customer.
